What is the WoW Guarantee?<\/h4>\n

Our WoW Guarantee backs every bottle you purchase. We promise you’ll love your wine\u2014or we’ll make it right.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

What happens if I find a lower price elsewhere?<\/h4>\n

We\u2019re confident our prices cannot be beat. But, if you find the exact wine (same vintage and producer) \u201cin stock\u201d at a lower price from a local store or a lower <\/span>delivered price from a national source, we\u2019ll gladly and easily refund you the difference. Must be within 14 days of purchase and evidenced by the URL or local store name.<\/em><\/p>\n

What if I don’t enjoy the wine?<\/h4>\n

We\u2019ll replace any bottle you\u2019re not happy with or credit your account. Just send us a quick message explaining the issue\u2014and save the unfinished bottle. We’ll let you know if we’ll pick it up for quality control.  You have 60 day from purchase.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Does the guarantee apply to special offers and cases?<\/h4>\n

Yes, every wine you purchase through WoW Wine Club\u2014whether at an event, in-store, or online\u2014is covered by the guarantee.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
