Color salm\u00f3n rosado brillante. En nariz dominan los frutos rojos como las frambuesas, fresas y cerezas. En boca es ligero con un retrogusto c\u00edtrico y frutal.
Un maridaje muy peculiar es con taquitos de Cochinita Pibil. La combinaci\u00f3n de ingredientes como el vinagre, la cebolla morada y el adobo es perfecta.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Casa Anza nace como un proyecto familiar en el a\u00f1o 2010. Se ubica en el corredor de la ruta del vino San Miguel de Allende-Quer\u00e9taro, a tan solo 20 minutos del centro de San Miguel. Cuentan con 7 hect\u00e1reas de vi\u00f1edos.<\/p>

El vi\u00f1edo son injertos franceses adquiridos en Mercier Burdeos. Se sit\u00faa a 2,080 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Cuentan con un microclima que ha permitido la adaptaci\u00f3n de diferentes cepas de uva en un suelo limo-arcilloso.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
