What is the WoW Guarantee?
Our WoW Guarantee backs every bottle you purchase. We promise you’ll love your wine—or we’ll make it right.
What happens if I find a lower price elsewhere?
We’re confident our prices cannot be beat. But, if you find the exact wine (same vintage and producer) “in stock” at a lower price from a local store or a lower delivered price from a national source, we’ll gladly and easily refund you the difference. Must be within 14 days of purchase and evidenced by the URL or local store name.
What if I don’t enjoy the wine?
We’ll replace any bottle you’re not happy with or credit your account. Just send us a quick message explaining the issue—and save the unfinished bottle. We’ll let you know if we’ll pick it up for quality control. You have 60 day from purchase.
Does the guarantee apply to special offers and cases?
Yes, every wine you purchase through WoW Wine Club—whether at an event, in-store, or online—is covered by the guarantee.
Membership Benefits
How does the 10% discount on public events work?
As a WoW+ member, you receive an instant 10% discount on all WoW Wine Club public events for you and one guest. Partner events excluded.
What’s included in the quarterly wine sampler?
Each quarter, you’ll receive a curated selection of 3 seasonal wines—choose red, white, or a mixed option.
What are WoW+ Member-Only events?
These are exclusive, elevated experiences such as private dinners, early tastings, and collaborations with chefs and winemakers—available only to WoW+ members.
What does priority access mean for ticketed events?
You’ll be the first to receive invitations for limited-seat wine dinners and winemaker events—often before they’re released to the public.
What are the private excursions and pop-ups?
From vineyard visits to pop-up tastings and culinary experiences, you’ll be invited to unique outings designed to surprise and delight.
What kind of rare bottle access and curated case pricing do members get?
We have access to over 500 wines. Occasionally, we receive non-public notification of specials. WoW+ members get first access to limited-release wines, hard-to-find bottles, and exclusive pricing on curated wine cases.
What types of partner benefits are included?
We’ve partnered with top-tier local providers to offer you special pricing at luxury hotels, private chefs, spas, and more—including discounted day passes, pool access, and services.
Do members receive invitations to all public events?

What does priority RSVP mean?
You’ll have early access to RSVP before public registration opens for most events.
How does the local delivery benefit work?
Members enjoy free delivery on orders of $1500+ MXN within 3 km of Centro San Miguel.
Can I bring a guest to member events?
Yes! WoW+ members have bring-a-guest privileges for select private and member-only events.
