Culinary inspiration that comes from vegetables grown in the garden. Each dish is a tribute to the diversity of the region.

We present an exclusive gastronomic concept created by chefs Roxana Prieto and Alexis Torres. The guest chef is Juan Carlos Hernández from the Matilda hotel.

ALEXIS TORRES
Naakary was born in 2021, with the aim of making dinners with ingredients from the garden to the table, having a healthier meal, free of chemicals. He began his seed harvesting and preservation project.

ROXANA PRIETO
Use the ingredients provided by their gardens to create incredible dishes with seasonal products. It gives another concept to what we know as dessert.

JUAN CARLOS HERNÁNDEZ
He is chef Vicente Torres' right-hand man at the Moxi restaurant at Matilda and Aldama 57 in beautiful San Miguel de Allende.

• 12:45 pm – Garden Tour
• 1:15 pm – Get-together with the Chefs
• 2:00 pm – Gastronomic Experience
• 4:00 pm – Return to Matilda on Lincoln Navigators

• Price per Person: $2,950
• Plus 15% of gratuity

• There is no parking available at Hotel Matilda, Uber or taxi recommended
