Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Window: Cancellations are accepted up to 7 calendar days before the event’s start date and time.

After the Deadline: Tickets are non-refundable after this point. However, you may:

• Transfer your ticket to another person, or
• Request a resale through WoW Wine Club if the event is sold out. We cannot guarantee resale, but if successful, we will refund the ticket price (minus a 10% service fee).

Transfers: All transfers must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp) at least 24 hours before the event to ensure updated guest lists and seating arrangements.

No-Shows: Tickets are forfeited with no refund for guests who do not attend without prior cancellation or transfer.

Event Changes or Cancellations by WoW Wine Club: In the rare case that we must reschedule or cancel an event, you may choose a full refund or credit toward another event.

Weather & Force Majeure: Events proceed rain or shine unless safety is compromised. In cases of severe weather, illness outbreaks, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule or issue credit in lieu of a refund.
