Concept
In our TASTE WOW SESSIONS, you will experience the coming together of two talents: the art of winemaking interacting with gastronomy.

To achieve this, the flavors of the dish and the wine must share the same intensity, unless you opt for a balance based on total contrast.
Chefs and sommeliers will decide between either of these two concepts: pairing by affinity or pairing by contrast.

Our goal with WOW TASTE SESSIONS is for you to enjoy an experience where every bite and every glass of wine combine to create a new flavor. We will guide you through a multi-course menu.
Each dish, paired with the selected wines, will be the result of the combined talents of the chef and the sommelier.
All in all, another totally WOW Experience.

• Reception with a Lillet Spritz
• Private tasting of 4 to 6 wines
• 4 to 6 Course tasting menu
• Cocktails and coffee
